The Role

We are looking for agents of all backgrounds with a successful track record to join the region’s leading authority in luxury real estate, and the sole affiliate of the global Christie’s International Real Estate Network in the Middle East. Responsabilities

· Achieve sales targets/KPIs set by the Managing Partners · Sell, for a fee, real estate owned by others · Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration · Advise sellers on how to make their properties more appealing to potential buyers · Contact property owners and advertise services to solicit property sales listings · Arrange for title searches to determine whether clients have clear property titles · Obtain agreements from property owners to place properties for sale · Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers over property prices and settlement details and during the closing of sales · Interview buyers to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking · Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers · Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting · Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages and legal requirements · Answer clients’ questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs and appraisals · Prepare documents such as the listing form, Form A, passport copy, title deed, marketing addendum, price check and submit to the Sales Administrator · Ensure due diligence of above listing documents to comply with Dubai’s Land Department and Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) standards · Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds · Monitor fulfillment of purchase contract terms to ensure that they are handled in a timely manner · Generate lists of properties for sale, their locations, descriptions, and available financing options · Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price · Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses and participation in multiple listing services · Maintain knowledge of UAE real estate law, local economies, types of available mortgages, and financing options · Review property listings, trade journals, and relevant literature, and attend conventions, seminars and staff and association meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets · Represent the company in a professional manner at all times · Assist the management team with other various tasks as required

Requirements

Minimum 1 year real estate experience in the UAE as a broker Driving license
