Emaar Beachfront is a private gated island community consisting of residential towers in Dubai Harbour. The project was launched in January 2018, and the construction started in September 2020. As of now, they have launched eight projects, and the handover date is 2027. It is one of the top off-plan projects by Emaar Properties in Dubai, with over 10 million sq. ft. of area. The plan was to build 27 residential buildings with over 10,000 residential units. Moreover, there is also a plan to build a 13,000 sq. ft. mall. You can enjoy the panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf with private beach access. Besides that, this waterfront development will also feature infinity pools, gyms, recreational spaces, and luxury hotel-style amenities, including a 24-hour concierge. The luxury hotel in this mix-use development is operated by The Address Hotels & Resorts.
